Driver Trett and HFW are hosting a joint breakfast seminar in Kuwait on 17 October 2017

Driver Trett will be hosting a seminar to discuss contractual and legal issues on construction projects along with HFW on 17 October 2017 in Kuwait.

The Regional Managing Director of Driver Trett Mr. Lee Barry, will be speaking on quantum expert. HFW Partner Micheal Sergeant, who wrote the leading book on project changes, Construction Contract Variations, will be speaking on this topic.

This Breakfast seminar will cover:

• How issues concerning variations can be resolved when common problems in relation to scope changes on project arise.
• The importance of record-keeping on contruction projects and how to measure impact of disruption to the works.

These talks will be followed by an open discussion on some topical issues affecting the construction industry in Kuwait, led by a panel comprising Michael Sergeant, Lee Barry and some other members of HFW's and Driver Trett's Middle east teams.
